The Greater Kingston Girls Hockey Association (GKGHA) is seeking a Development Coordinator to lead and support our coaching and player development initiatives.
This executive-appointed position plays a vital role in shaping the future of our athletes and coaches across both House League and Representative programs. The Development Coordinator will:
Work with the board to create player and coach development opportunities on and off the ice. Support, mentor and guide coaches in practice planning and development strategies
Oversee an organization-wide development philosophy and age-appropriate programming
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication. Assist with coach selection, evaluations and long-term development planning.
Build partnerships with third-party providers, U22 Elite, and Queen’s University 📅 Term: 2 years (executive-appointed, non-voting role)
