Annual General Meeting

On 7:00pm May 14th, 2025, we will be hosting our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Invista Centre, and we invite all members to attend. During the meeting, we will review the financials, report on the operations of our various divisions, and hold elections for the members of the Board of Directors. This year, the positions of President, Secretary, Vice President of Competitive, and Vice President of IAA are up for election. We will also be seeking a Safety Coordinator and several Convenors.
